Communication with the market

Nederman´s representatives meet regularly with analysts, creditors and shareholders to provide a continuous picture of developments during the fiscal year. Interim reports, financial statements and the annual report are distributed to shareholders who so wish. These reports, together with the company´s press releases are also available on the website in English and Swedish.

Dividend and dividend policy

Nederman’s dividend policy is to pay a dividend amounting to 30-50 per cent of the net profit after tax, taking into account the capital structure and acquisition plans.
