The Nederman FA7 unit separates liquids and objects to prevent them from going into a stationary piping system. The FA7 pre-separator is idealic in vehicle repair shops, metal fabrication industries and wherever scraps of glass, metal and other coarse materials need to be removed. FA7 is also perfect for picking up water and cutting fluids.

The KSA 70 has a cyclone inlet with an insert for the highest separation efficiency and wear protection. The outlet has a mechanical protection for over-filling, preventing material from being sucked into the pipework in large quantities. The balanced bottom lid opens downwards and is kept shut by the vacuum during normal operation. The installation normally requires a vacuum valve at the top of the separator, allowing emptying when the work station is not in use.

Pre-separate liquids and rough material to protect your high vacuum system

GA 800 is used to minimise the wear in the pipe system. It separates rough material before it enters the dust collector. It is particularly useful when there are large amounts of waste and if the materials that pass through the pipes cause wearing.

The pre-separator can be used for transporting metal chips, glass splinters, concrete, gravel, sand, etc. E-PAK, VAC, or RBU are suitable suction units. GA 800 is has a drainage valve, which makes it easy to evacuate liquids from the container without letting any rough material out of the container.

Industries such as glass manufacturers, foundries, concrete industries, building sites and metal industries have the need for a pre-separator like the GA 800.

Cyclones are normally used when a maximum pre-separation of collected material from the transportation airflow is required. Cyclones are normally located on silos, tanks, containers etc. suitable to store the collected material and thereby functtion as a deead chamber under the cyclone. Normally, a filter stage shall be installed between the cyclone and the vacuum power unit

Mobile pre-separator S50 for liquid collection

Mobile pre-separator for collecting and recycling of oil, cutting fluid, coolant, water and other non-flammable liquids. Perfect formachining and process industries, drilling, milling and turning.  
A float ball automatically shut off the suction flow when the container is full. The mobile pre-separator is equipped with a tippable container for easy discharge of collected liquids. The inlet and outlet diameter is 51 mm (2 in) for coupler (43930101 and 43930102). 
In most vacuum collection and transport systems a pre-separation of the collected material, before the material reaches the filter is very important. To avoid clogging in the extraction unit using a preseparator is fundamental. The pre-separator is connected before a high vacuum unit.

Basic cyclone to separate large materials from the airflow

The cyclone is a separator that uses centrifugal force to purify air loaded with chips or dust. Its performance depends on the rotation speed, density and grading of particles. Cyclones are available with a wide range of accessories.
• Efficiency approx. 90% for particles above 10 micron.
• Higher efficiency for large particles.
• Built in 2 and 3 mm (.08 in and .1 in)-thick steel sheet depending on the size. 
• Max temperature 75ºC (167ºF) with standard paint

Suitable for emptying of oil sumps, oil drums and
liquid suction from floors after spillage.

Handy pre-separator for liquids for collection into oil drums. It
should be placed in the bung hole (R2”) of an empty but suitable oil
drum. By connecting the unit to suction hoses, it is ready to use. The
built-in float ball stops the suction when the drum is full.

In a central cleaning system it is good to protect the pipe system and the filter from screws, nuts and bolts and other coarse and heavy parts that might be extracted in the process.
The GA8 is a small, lightweight pre separator that capture the coarse and heavy parts before they enter the pipe system. One GA8 should serve one suction point

Pre-separator for collecting and recycling of light material as dust, powder and other fine dry materials. Suitable for chemical industry and building and construction industry. The pre-separator can be used with medium to big sized extraction units like RBU`s.
The T-leg frame has space for a euro pallet between the legs for forklift handling. It contains a silo S200 with pneumatic opening, in combination with a big-bag holder. This ensure that the discharge of collected material become dustfree. S200 cyclone that takes ou 
90–97% of the vacuumed material, depending on the conditions and material. The standard inlet and outlet is Ø102 (4 in). 

In most vacuum collection and transport systems a pre-separation of the collected material, before the material reaches the filter is very important. To avoid clogging in the extraction unit using a preseparator is fundemental.

Pre-separator consisting of a steel lid with an inlet and an outlet for connection to the pipe work for pre-separation of coarse material, metal chips and cutting fluids.
The lid can be placed on top of a standard size 200 litre oil drum with a diameter of 600mm.
To empty the unit the vacuum must be witched of and the lid removed. The lid should be connected with a flexible hose for easy access. Sponge rubber gasket included.
