FilterBox Twin

The FilterBox Twin is equipped with two extraction arms and a powerful 2.2 kW (3.0 hp) N29 fan for a maximum air flow capacity of 2 x 850 m³/h (2 x 500 CFM). The FilterBox Twin M is delivered with a manually cleaned Polyester filter and the FilterBox Twin A+ NANO is delivered with an extra large, automatically cleaned nanofiber filter, ideal for frequent welding. The nanofiber media technology utilized in the FilterBox Twin A+ NANO offers significant performance advantages like higher efficiency and surface loading properties which results in more effective filter cleaning and longer cleaning intervals.

On the FilterBox Twin M there is an alarm that indicates when the air flow is too low and the filter needs to be cleaned mechanically. On the FilterBox Twin A+ NANO there is an advanced filter control system indicating the pressure drop with a series of LED's on the LCD display. When the air flow is too low an audial alarm precedes the automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning sequence. An integrated silencer reduces noise from the fan and outlet air. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided if a HEPA filter is installed (optional)
