The FM Backpack is available in two versions, a single and a double version

The FM Backpack is available in two versions, a single and a double version. The FM backpack is available for all filter sizes. 

FM Backpack Single
The backpack single is used where an upward explosion relief is wanted. The backpack single can also be used in applications where the inlet has to be extra large because of the large air flow into the filter. In cases where the dust is extremely abrasive and the inlet speed is very low, the backpack single can be used as well.

FM Backpack Double
The backpack double is used to connect several filters into one filter. Here the explosion relief can be upward as well.

The damper type NFUS3 is used for emptying of material from the FM filters.
The damper can be used as a manual damper. Thedamper plate can be locked in the closed position, e.g. in cases where the dust bin must be emptied during operation.
Afterwards the damper can be opened and locked in the open position.
The damper can also be used as a flap valve. Here the material is automatically emptied into a
container in connection with stop. This solution can be used in connection with non-adhesive, easyflowing and heavy material types.

Description
The damper type NFUS3 is made of galvanized steel plate.
The rubber sheet gasket is fastened on the damper plate by a steel plate.
The damper opening is greater than 70 x 100 mm.

Specification
The damper is as standard delivered with counter balance as well as pin for locking the plate in the outer positions. Only one of these alternatives can be used at a time.

DUAL-silencer for enclosure of FM fan motor and the top of the fan case

The DUAL-silencer encloses the fan motor and the top of the fan case. It may be fitted to any FM unit and take the place of a conventional in-line silencer, with the added benefit of reducing breakout noise from the fan.
The DUAL-silencer is available in three sizes, to fit FM600 series, FM800 series fan and the FM1000 fan.

The DUAL-silencer is made of 2mm galvanized steel. 
The grille may be fitted with a rain cover or replaced by a flanged outlet. These items are interchangeable and are clipped into place on the silencer.

Description:
The platform is made of galvanized steel plates. The ladder can be mounted either at the left or at the right gable. The railing is made of 1” galvanized steel tube. In connection with the mounting of the platform the legs of the FM filter must be mounted along the front edge of the platform. The foundation must fit the dimensions of the platform and the filter.
