PAK-M DX

PAK-M DX is a compact, centralized high-vacuum system developed for combustible dust applications across metalworking, composite processing, woodworking and other dry-dust industrial environments. Engineered to support NFPA-compliant system design, it combines extraction, filtration, controls and required explosion protection in a complete solution for on-tool extraction and housekeeping across 1–5 simultaneous users or extraction points. Its powerful vacuum capacity also provides the flexibility needed for centralized installations with longer piping runs.

The system is designed to operate with minimal operator intervention. Built-in sensors continuously monitor operating conditions, while automatic controls respond to changing extraction demand, manage filter cleaning and provide system protection. An extended display provides operators with convenient access to system settings and operating information, helping simplify control and day-to-day system management.

PAK-M DX can be configured with an explosion relief panel or with flameless venting for organic or metallic dust. This flexibility allows the explosion protection concept to be selected around the dust characteristics and installation environment, including applications where indoor installation requires flameless venting.
