Zellenradschleuse des Typs NRS wird für den Materialaustrag zwischen zwei getrennten Systemen verwendet In pneumatischen Fördersystemen ist für die Entleerung aus dem Filter oder Zyklon zum Silo üblicherweise atmosphärischer Druck erforderlich. Dies ist die ideale Anwendung für den NRS-Zellenradschleuse.
Die Zellenradschleuse ist für die meisten Materialarten geeignet, wobei die max. Partikelgröße 13 x 13 x 13 mm (.5 x .5 x .5 in) nicht überschreiten sollte.
Zellenradschleuse des Typs NRS in modularer Bauweise ist robust aus schwerem Stahlblech gefertigt. Der Rotor jedes einzelnen Moduls ist mit einer elastischen Kupplung ausgestattet. Somit sinkt die Gefahr von Beschädigung und die Lebensdauer der Einheit wird maximiert. Der Rotor mit speziellen Gummidichtungen bildet eine perfekt Luftschleuse zwischen Eintritt und Austritt.
