Denso Gyártó Magyarország Kft. is one of the largest employers in the Székesfehérvár region in Hungary. The plant, which employs more than 5,000 people, manufactures fuel supply system components (dosing pump, dis-charge pipe, injector) and system control units for the automotive industry. Denso is a trusted Tier 1 automotive supplier and influencer providing thermal, powertrain, mobility, electrification, and electronic systems to car-makers and other manufacturers around the world. It´s the second largest automotive parts company in terms of global sales. Denso´s customers include renowned car and vehicle manufacturers such as General Motors, Volvo, Suzuki, Perkins, Nissan and John Deere. 

Challenges

The 17,000-square-meter logistics center, handed over last year, stores the raw materials needed for production, as well as semi-finished and finished products. An industrial washing machine was put into operation to wash the  crates used in the plant. The task was to filter out the contaminated vapor and mist generated by the washing machine.  

Solution Nederman presented their FibreDrain oil mist collection solution. The industrial washing machine was equipped with an OMF 4000 7,5kW unit with frequency inverter (constant airflow control) and stainless steel QFS ducts, which removes oil mist particles from the machine´s exhaust. The resulting clean air is then transported out to the atmosphere.
