LBP SmartFilter is a round bag filter designed for continuous operation in many industries, for virtually every kind of process and nuisance dust. It is customizable to perfectly fit customer specific demands, with 3 different bag lengths, filter area up to 266m2 and airflow up to approx. 30.000 m3/h (depending on duct characteristics).The new and flexible product platform allows for filter size extension also for larger scale applications. It’s suitable for high dust loads, with heavy, abrasive, fibrous, sticky and agglomerating dusts. High temperature versions up to 200°C, with suitable filter media, are available. All LBP units have generously sized integral pre-separation chambers and top-to-bottom air flow direction, which reduce the load on the filter bags, improve cleaning and increase bag lifetime.Constructed with 3 mm painted steel panels, it is robust, easy to install, cost effective to ship and provides adequate corrosion protection for typical industrial applications. Trace-heating and heat insulation are also available.The LBP SmartFilter has a large accessories program including; fans, dust discharge systems, inlets, outlets, bins etc., and can be equipped with package of sensors. Bags are available in a wide variety of materials and secondary treatments, including acrylic, polypropylene and meta-aramid.Insight ready control with advanced pulse cleaning logic provides for full system operation including control and monitoring, as well as gateway functionality for cloud communication.
